Terms of Use

1. Who can play

You must be at least 14, or any higher minimum age required by the laws that apply to you. If you are not yet a legal adult where you live, your parent or guardian must review these Terms and permit your use. The Game is not directed to children below the applicable minimum age.

2. Using the Game

We give you a limited, personal, non-transferable permission to use the Game for lawful, non-commercial entertainment. Please follow the Game’s rules and the terms of the app store from which you obtained it.

The Game and its music, artwork and other content remain the property of their respective rights holders. Permission to play does not give you permission to extract, sell or redistribute that content, except where the law allows.

3. Accounts and fair play

Keep your account and device secure. Your nickname, avatar, scores and ranking may be visible to other players, so avoid putting private information in your profile.

Do not cheat, manipulate rewards or rankings, misuse purchases or refunds, impersonate or harass others, use unlawful or abusive names, interfere with the service, or bypass its security. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address a serious violation, fraud, a security risk or a legal requirement. Contact us if you believe a restriction is mistaken.

4. Rewards, advertising and purchases

Virtual coins, unlocks and other rewards are for use within the Game. They have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money or transferred outside supported game features. Rewards are subject to the conditions shown in the Game; availability of ads or ad-related rewards is not guaranteed.

If the Game offers paid content, the price and conditions will be shown before purchase. Payments, cancellations and refunds are subject to the relevant app store’s rules and applicable law. Nothing here removes your mandatory consumer rights.

5. Privacy and third-party services

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information. Accepting these Terms does not automatically consent to optional advertising tracking. You can keep playing the core Game if you decline that tracking.

The Game may include ads, platform services and external links provided by others. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies.

6. Changes, availability and deletion

We may update the Game, change available content or features, perform maintenance or discontinue a service. We will provide notice where required by law. Changes affecting paid entitlements remain subject to applicable consumer protections.

You may stop playing at any time. For account deletion, use Settings → Delete Account in the Game. If you cannot access your linked account, follow the email request option in our account-deletion instructions. Deletion may permanently remove progress and unlocks. Uninstalling the Game does not itself delete a server-side account.

7. Your rights and our responsibility

We aim to provide the Game with reasonable care, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service or continued availability of third-party services. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for events beyond our reasonable control or business losses from a game provided for personal entertainment.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including for fraud, deliberate misconduct or gross negligence, or removes mandatory consumer rights. Applicable law and mandatory consumer protections, including available court remedies, continue to apply.

Applicable app-store terms continue to apply. Apple’s standard app license applies to an iOS app where no separate custom license has been submitted.

8. Updates and contact

We may revise these Terms and will notify you or request renewed agreement where required. Mandatory legal protections take priority over conflicting terms.
