This Policy explains how information is handled when you use Music Tiles and its related services. For privacy questions or requests, contact xflint0x00@outlook.com.

1. Information we collect

Depending on how you use the Game, we may collect:

  • Account and profile information: an account identifier, nickname, avatar, and the identifiers needed when you choose a sign-in service.
  • Game activity: progress, scores, achievements, rewards, purchases where applicable, and interactions with game features or ads.
  • Device and connection information: device and app information, IP address, approximate country or region, and advertising identifiers where available and permitted.
  • Information you send us: the contact details and other information you choose to include in a support or privacy request.

We do not ask for an email address as part of game sign-in. Some usage statistics are linked to your game account. Our own location-related features use approximate location, not GPS access.

2. How we use information

We use information to run the Game, save progress, provide profiles and leaderboards, deliver content and rewards, understand and improve the service, show and measure permitted advertising, keep the service secure, respond to you and meet legal obligations.

Where a legal basis is required, we rely on providing the service you request, your consent where required, legal obligations, or legitimate interests recognized by applicable law, balanced against your rights.

3. When information is shared

We use service providers for accounts, cloud storage, analytics, advertising, hosting and approximate-location lookup. They receive information needed for those functions. Relevant privacy notices include Google, AppLovin, Cloudflare and ip-api. Advertising partners can vary; vendor information is also provided in the consent interface where available.

Your nickname, avatar, level, scores, rank and country grouping may be visible to other players.

We may also share necessary information to comply with law, address fraud or disputes, protect people or the service, or as part of a business transfer with appropriate safeguards and any required notice.

4. Advertising and your choices

Where available, manage advertising consent in Settings → Your ad choices. You can also manage tracking or advertising permissions in your device settings.

Declining optional tracking does not prevent you from playing the core Game. You may still see non-personalized or other permitted ads. Advertising choices do not automatically turn off account services or all usage statistics.

Where applicable law treats targeted-advertising disclosures as a “sale” or “sharing” of information, you can exercise the relevant opt-out through available privacy controls or by contacting us. Withdrawing consent applies to future processing and does not affect earlier lawful processing.

5. Storage, security and retention

The Game stores settings, identifiers, downloaded content and cached progress on your device. Clearing local data may reset settings or cached progress; it does not automatically delete data stored on our servers.

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service and for the purposes described here, taking account of legal, security and dispute-related requirements. Account deletion removes ordinary account and game data, but limited transaction or fraud-prevention records may need to remain. Backups and cached copies may take additional time to expire.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, but no service is completely secure. Our providers may process information outside your country. Where required, applicable safeguards or additional consent requirements apply to those transfers.

These legal pages contain no advertising or analytics scripts of our own. Hosting providers still process network requests needed to deliver and protect the website.

6. Your rights and account deletion

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, a copy, correction or deletion of your information, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, or opt out of certain advertising disclosures. You may also have a right to appeal a decision or complain to a data-protection authority. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

Use the available Delete Account option in the Game’s Settings. If you cannot access your linked sign-in account or its deletion option, follow our email deletion-request instructions.

For privacy questions or rights requests, contact xflint0x00@outlook.com. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity and account ownership, and will respond within applicable legal time limits. Do not send passwords or one-time login codes.

7. Young users

The Game is not directed to children under 14. You must meet that age and any higher minimum required by applicable law. If you are not a legal adult, a parent or guardian must permit your use and provide any legally required consent.

If you believe a child below the applicable minimum age has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action, including deletion where required.

8. Changes and contact

We may update this Policy as the Game or requirements change. We will give notice of material changes and seek additional consent where required. The current effective date and version appear above.
